Late and Cancellation Policy

New clients are recommended to book a restyle for their first service to allow for a longer consultation process.

If you are late by more than 10 minutes to your appointment, we may have to cancel or reschedule it. Please note when arriving after 10 minutes late your appointment will be marked as a no show.

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
